Dr. Cyril Lowe is a pioneering Bahamian entrepreneur and visionary leader, best known as the founder of Professional Services Bahamas, established in 1989. With a clear mission to strengthen the workforce, he built the company to recruit top talent and connect employers with highly qualified individuals. Through a strategic partnership with the Bahamas Institute of Commerce (Polytechnic), one of the nation’s oldest tertiary institutions, he helped ensure that employers had access to well-trained and capable professionals.
Driven by an expanded vision to celebrate national achievement, Dr. Lowe relaunched Professional Services Bahamas in September 2016, introducing new initiatives including a young professional magazine that highlights outstanding Bahamians. This effort culminates in a celebration recognizing individuals whose contributions have made a meaningful impact on The Bahamas and its economic development.

Building on this mission, Shamarco also created the Bahamian Excellence Mentorship Program, an initiative designed to guide and develop the next generation through mentorship, leadership training, and meaningful community engagement.
